Yummy Carrots!

Ainsley had her first taste of carrots a couple days ago and in spite of the mess all over her face, she seems to like them!

Here are also a couple of pictures of her with Great Grandma Lita and Grandma Linda and Daddy from this weekend's venture home for a quick visit.

Reading and Playing

Ainsley loves to be read too. The book I am reading to her has a little finger puppet lamb in it that her Grandma Linda got her and she loves to grab on to the little lamb. We enjoy reading to her every evening.
















Ainsley also got a new toy to play in--it is a cross between an exersaucer and a jumperoo. Her feet don't quite touch the springy platform she can jump on (surprising since she's 90th %tile for length) but she loves playing with the toys attached and it plays music also. She'll be jumping around very soon. You'll notice she is putting everything in her mouth these days!

Ainsley Loves Cereal......Well, Not So Much

Well Mom, this is for you since you keep looking for new pictures!! Here are a few pictures of Ainsley's first experience with cereal. We can't say she was thrilled with it! She was not sure quite what to think. It has been a little over a week since we first introduced it and she's still not taking to it too well in spite of trying rice, oatmeal and banana flavored oatmeal. We will keep trying to offer it and hopefully eventually she will decide it's OK! We also have a video which we are trying to get to upload but we are having some "technoligical difficulties" right now. For now, the pictures will have to do.......
