Fun Times

Here are a few recent pictures we have taken of Ainsley. We are loving the nicer weather and a chance to bring her outside to run around. She just got a new Mickey Mouse ball that she really likes and has a good time playing with. She got so excited when she saw it at the store we knew it was coming home with us! It was windy on the day the pictures were taken so we all spent a lot of time chasing the ball around. Stay tuned for a couple of videos as well.

This big Garfield caught Ainsley's eye at the mall so she had a good time sitting on Garfield. She wasn't sure what to think!

Not sure what her obsession is with putting containers on her head, but here's a prime example!

New Shoes!

Ainsley got some new Nike's and she just loves them. Here is a little video of her breaking them in!

16 Months Old!

Here are some pictures of Ainsley from the last month or so. She is so much fun and keeps our house very lively! She is very active and jabbering all the time. Her favorite words are bye-bye, nite nite, hi, more, ball, momma, dadda and whole lot of "conversation" that seems to make perfect sense to her, but not to us yet! She really jabbers like she means it though. It's pretty funny. She has developed a new love for Lucy our cat as you will see in some of the pictures. Lucy appears irritated in most of the pictures but she is usually purring when Ainsley lays on her and often comes and sits right next to Ainsley while she's playing so Lucy is a glutton for punishment. Ainsley also loves to share her blankie with kitty. Her newest trick is starting to head up the stairs and she proceeds to tell us "nite nite!" when she is ready to go to bed. Ahhhhh, the beauty of having a kid who likes to go to bed when it's time! Ainsley still loves to read her books and she reads with us every night before bed. There was a special guest reader at day care today and she was so excited about it she climbed on the reader's lap and helped them turn the pages! She is a spunky little thing and we love her!
